On this Palm Sunday, we began the week with our annual Easter Cantata. This musical event remembered the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and what that means for all of us. David Barden, Kay Nicholas and MaryKaye Cochran offered solos. Fred Boswell and Ann Henderson did a rendition of “The Old Rugged Cross” on the tenor sax and oboe. On February 4th, the message focused on the renewal, strength and power we receive when we trust in the Lord. Rev. Larry Cochran offered the message from Isaiah 40:28-31 and Mark 1:29-39.
