The message for March 13th, centered on the care and love that Jesus has for each one of us. The scripture for the day came from Luke 13:31-35 where Jesus is speaking to the Pharisees and said these words, “Jerusalem, Jerusalem, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you are not willing….’Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.'” The image of a hen caring for her chicks is a picture of the great love and care Jesus has for us.
